Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Please review the following information carefully before confirming your vacation package. Cancellation, change, and refund eligibility may vary depending on the individual travel services and providers included in your package.
SkyFare Solutions is an independent third-party travel assistance platform. We are not an airline, hotel, resort, cruise line, tour operator, or transportation carrier. Vacation packages may include services supplied by multiple independent travel providers, and each provider may maintain its own cancellation, change, refund, and no-show conditions.
1. Third-Party Vacation Package Reservations
Vacation package reservations made with our assistance may be processed through our contracted travel consolidator and applicable third-party travel providers.
Depending on the package selected, your reservation may include one or more of the following:
- Hotels and resorts.
- Air transportation.
- Ground transportation.
- Airport or hotel transfers.
- Tour and sightseeing services.
- Activities and attractions.
- Cruise services where applicable.
- Other travel-related products or services.
Each component of a vacation package may be governed by the terms and conditions of the provider supplying that service. Those terms may determine whether a reservation can be changed or cancelled and whether any refund, credit, or other remedy is available.
2. Cancellation Requests
If you wish to cancel a vacation package, please contact our customer assistance team as soon as possible. A request to cancel does not itself guarantee that the package or any individual component of the package is refundable.
Cancellation eligibility depends on the applicable terms associated with the reservation. Certain providers may permit cancellation without a penalty within a specified period, while other bookings may be subject to cancellation fees or may be non-refundable.
We will assist with submitting eligible cancellation requests to the applicable consolidator or travel provider when appropriate.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is determined by the terms and conditions applicable to the specific vacation package and the individual services included in the reservation.
A refund may be available when permitted by the applicable provider's rules. However, some reservations may be partially refundable or completely non-refundable.
Before cancelling a package, customers should understand that different components of the same vacation package may have different refund conditions.
For example, a hotel reservation may permit cancellation while an airline ticket, tour, transfer, promotional rate, or other package component may have separate restrictions. Refund eligibility is therefore reviewed according to the conditions of each applicable component.
4. Non-Refundable Package Components
Some vacation packages or individual services may be sold under non-refundable conditions. Depending on the applicable provider terms, examples may include:
- Non-refundable hotel or resort rates.
- Restricted or promotional transportation fares.
- Prepaid accommodation.
- Special promotional vacation packages.
- Selected tours, activities, or attraction tickets.
- Transfer services with cancellation restrictions.
- Services cancelled after the applicable deadline.
- No-show reservations.
- Other services specifically identified as non-refundable.
Customers should review the applicable booking terms before making payment or confirming a vacation package.
5. Changes to a Vacation Package
Requests to change travel dates, destinations, hotels, room categories, traveler information, transportation, tours, transfers, or other package components are subject to availability and the applicable provider rules.
Changes may result in:
- Provider change or amendment fees.
- Fare or rate differences.
- Hotel price differences.
- Additional taxes or charges.
- Loss of promotional pricing.
- Cancellation and rebooking requirements.
- Other charges imposed by the applicable provider.
A requested change is not confirmed until the applicable provider or consolidator accepts the change and any required additional payment or conditions have been satisfied.
6. Hotels & Resorts
Hotel and resort reservations may have property-specific cancellation conditions. Some accommodation rates may allow cancellation before a specified deadline, while prepaid, promotional, special-event, or restricted rates may be partially refundable or non-refundable.
Late cancellations, early departures, or failure to arrive at the property may result in charges up to the value allowed under the applicable property's booking terms.
7. Flights & Transportation Included in a Package
If a vacation package includes flights or other transportation, those services remain subject to the fare rules and conditions of the applicable carrier or transportation provider.
Certain fares may be refundable, partially refundable, changeable for a fee, eligible for a travel credit, or non-refundable. The applicable rules depend on the fare or transportation product included in the package.
8. Tours, Activities & Transfers
Tours, sightseeing activities, attraction tickets, transfers, and similar services may have their own cancellation deadlines and refund conditions.
Some services may permit cancellation before a specified deadline, while others may become non-refundable after confirmation or within a certain period before the scheduled service.
9. No-Show Policy
A traveler may be considered a no-show when they fail to use a confirmed hotel stay, transportation service, tour, transfer, activity, or other reserved service without cancelling within the applicable provider's permitted cancellation period.
No-show reservations may be non-refundable and may also affect remaining services within an itinerary, depending on the applicable provider rules.
10. Provider-Initiated Changes or Cancellations
Hotels, airlines, tour operators, transportation companies, and other travel providers may occasionally modify or cancel a service due to operational, scheduling, weather, safety, availability, or other circumstances.
When a provider changes or cancels a service, available alternatives, credits, rebooking options, or refunds are generally determined according to the applicable provider's terms and any applicable legal requirements.
Our team may assist customers in communicating with the applicable consolidator or provider regarding available options.
11. Refund Amounts
When a refund is approved, the amount returned may depend on the refundable value of the applicable package components and any lawful or contractually applicable deductions, penalties, cancellation charges, or other provider-imposed amounts.
If only part of a package is refundable, the refund may be limited to the eligible portion of the reservation.
12. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may require processing by the applicable hotel, airline, consolidator, tour provider, payment processor, or other travel provider before funds are returned.
Processing times can vary depending on the provider, payment method, financial institution, and nature of the reservation. Once an approved refund has been released, additional time may be required for your bank or card issuer to post the funds to your account.
